PMC Services is a construction consultancy service in which we provide all the documentation and liaison approval work, our very qualified and experienced team of architects, civil engineers, and interior designers will be part of the project and will prepare all documents like 2 layouts / Floor Maps / 3D Layouts / all the govt document approval there will be a designated civil engineer who will be available on your site daily to monitor the work and to rule out any possibility of error the site will also have the visit of our QC Manager ( Quality Control ) to find out that the material which is used in construction is up to the mark, our architects will also visit on the site to see if the work is going on is according to the given timelines and they will have a combined meeting every month to rule out any kind of issue or error in the process of work and for all the services we charge consultancy fees to it. But in this process, the cost of the project depends on you as all the cost of the project like labor charges, raw material vendors or suppliers will be paid directly by you after our team gives you the approval for the quality or quantity of material. By paying directly to the supplier you will save huge costs for your project and our team of accounts and backend will monitor your project expense and will create a detailed report to it which will surely help you to control the project cost and bring complete transparency to it.
